Marie-Christine DUPONT - LEBLANC

Chemical engineer with over 20 years of corporate experience, first as Manager of R&D teams at Total, then as organisation and strategy consultant for major industrial groups with high-level multidisciplinary teams.

A graduate of the third cycle Coaching programme at Paris2, she has developed an Assessment-Coaching approach for young people, in particular at AgroParisTech and CentraleSupélec since 2002.

Convinced of the positive and lasting impact of playful pedagogy with all audiences, she was certified as a LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Facilitator by LEGO Group in 2006. She supports individuals and corporate teams seeking change with this innovative, playful and inclusive method, through workshops and a certifying training programme registered in the Répertoire Spécifique of France Compétences since 2022. She has been a member of The Association of Master Trainers in the LSP method since 2013. In 2017, Marie-Christine obtained the ICPF-PSI quality label.

She co-founded AVEA Partners with Jean SEMO, drawing on a network of coaches and facilitators dedicated to helping people grow towards success.

Robert RASMUSSEN - United States and Denmark

Managing Director and Chief Facilitator. A former employee of LEGO, Robert is a main architect of the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® methodology. After several years and more than 20 iterations, he and his team developed the concept into the reproducible and robust methodology it is today. He is the master trainer in the LSP methodology.

Robert is co-principal for Rasmussen Consulting in US and in Denmark and on the advisory board for Rasmussen Consulting in Japan and Singapore. He is master trainer for the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®. He has spent his career applying experiences and theories about play, learning, creativity and teaching business and organizational development.

Patrick LECHARME

Graduate CNAM labor psychologist, he has more of 20 years experience in SMEs. After practicing technical and administrative team leadership, he refocused its activity on the Human Resources Consulting.

He supports men and women in their professional development and change management. He operates in advising companies, organizations and institutions in the areas of skills development and the prevention of psychosocial risks.

He is a member of AVEA Partners Network.

Cédric BERREST

Materials engineer with over 10 years of corporate experience. He was first a design engineer at Airbus, then manager and coach for managerial transformation at SNCF.

Former rower on the French Olympic rowing team, bronze medallist at the Beijing 2008 Games, he started his coaching practice in 2013. Trainer and coach, he works on leadership and management development and team dynamics within large groups, SMEs and VSEs.

Cédric is a member of the AVEA Partners network, which he joined in 2022.

Clara BARRAFRANCA

For over 30 years, Clara Barrafranca has supported organisations in their professional training projects, as a consultant, coach, training manager, e-learning project manager, and quality and accessibility officer.

She designs and delivers tailor-made training programmes that meet the requirements of Qualiopi standards and accessibility principles, while placing learner engagement at the heart of every project.

Her strength lies in combining methodological rigour with creativity. She draws on cooperative approaches, including LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®, to engage teams, facilitate decision-making and produce concrete results.

Clara works with companies, training organisations and institutions on training, instructional design, e-learning, professional coaching, change management and quality assurance projects.

She advises and supports her clients towards greater clarity, efficiency and impact, by designing solutions tailored to their realities and built to last.

Louis-Pierre GUILLAUME

Société : CSTB (Centre scientifique et technique du bâtiment)

Louis-Pierre GUILLAUME is an expert in Knowledge Management.

As leader of CSTB’s Connaissances 2030 project, he develops and runs a knowledge management (KM) initiative aimed at fostering scientific and technical excellence, innovation, team engagement and efficiency.

His goal: to build a shared and shareable view of employees’ knowledge and know-how and of their national and international ecosystem, in service of CSTB’s mission to secure construction projects and anticipate the buildings and cities of tomorrow.

He helps CSTB roll out AI governance, secure critical knowledge, grow its expertise track and communities of practice (CoPs), and develop collective intelligence across disciplines, cultures and generations, so that CSTB becomes a learning organisation.

A CoP expert with 25 years of experience in knowledge management and digital transformation in major industrial groups (Schlumberger, Areva, Schneider Electric), then as Director of the KM practice at consulting firm Amallte (www.amallte.com).

He is General Secretary of CoP-1 (www.cop-1.net), the association of KM practitioners in France, and teaches at CNAM-INTD.

He is co-editor of the « Guide pratique des communautés » (Éditions d’innovation, 2022, 2025) and its translation, "Practical Guide to Communities" (2023, 2025).

Louis-Pierre is a graduate engineer from ESIEE, holds a Master’s in applied mathematics from École Polytechnique de Montréal (Canada) and an MBA from McGill University (Canada). He has been a certified team coach and LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Facilitator since 2016.
